Pinterest got me again! I found this recipe and just HAD to try it!

Parmesan Crusted Chicken
with a side of green beans and a slice of Italian artisans bread that I picked up at the farmer's mkt this afternoon

Before putting the parm/mayo mixture on top of the chicken, I liberally sprinkled salt, pepper, granulated garlic and onion powder. I will also admit that I was probably heavy handed with the bread crumbs.

Doesn't matter though! This dish was a HUGE hit with the family! Super tasty!

I would also add that this dish is NOT waistline friendly. Wink

Looks so good but the mayo turns me off.  BLEH!

I started a board to keep all the recipes I have tried together.  I am actually going to try a few new ones over the weekend too!  There should a a topic for recipes found on Pinterest Smiley

Oooh, I love this stuff! I have to watch myself around it or I could literally eat the whole pan.

Lindy, how about sour cream mixed with an Italian dressing packet?

I'm not a mayo person either but this dish doesn't have that "goopy" feel or taste. Smiley

I can't even put mayo on a sandwich for my daughter cause it makes me gag!  I wonder if I could use plain Greek yogurt....
