So I'm a school teacher and every year I let my students choose a subject to be stenciled onto our Spring Trip T-shirts. I make the stencils and then we have a "stencil party" where all the kids have a job. Some help stuff the t-shirts with cardboard, while others lay them out ready to paint, while some hold down the t-shirts and stencils, another couple students do the painting, and then others take them away to dry. It's a lot of fun for the students to get to create something together, to see an idea they had come to life, and it makes them feel special that they have their own t-shirt that the other students don't have. Haha.

Like I said, I make the various stencils and then the kiddos do all the real work.

This is me, sporting the front of the shirt. As you can see my kids were fed up with all the various school shirts they have seen over the years that all seem to be the same thing. They decided to poke fun at the clichs.

This is me, sporting the back of the shirt. My kids were so happy at how well the face turned out. They told me there were lots of people wanting to take pictures of their shirts at our trip to Six Flags.

Who knows what they'll choose next year.

Thank you! I actually had a few kids ask me where to get the stencils/paints/brushes because they were going to start stenciling themselves. One of my students has his own skateboard company (I know he seems young but he actually does). He is going to start making stencils for his little company and stencil his logo onto skateboards and shirts and such.
