I've seen several different versions of attachable shoe accessories.  I love the idea so I thought I would give it a shot.

You need:

    Needle
    Thread
    Scissors
    Scrap fabric
    Various sized buttons
    Hot glue gun
    SHOES!!!

I took the larger buttons and glued them to the backside of the fabric.  I then cut around the button, leaving enough material to fold over the backs of the buttons.

I folded the material around the back of the button and glued it down.

I took the smaller red buttons and lined up the holes with the larger button's holes.  I then sewed the small buttons to the larger ones just like you would sew a button to fabric.  You can always cover the small button with fabric too.

Attaching the buttons to the shoes was simple.  I simple ran and needle and thread through the fabric underneath the button.  I then wrapped the thread under and around the bridge above the toe and then ran the needle and thread through the other side of the button.  I did this until the button was secure and then knotted the thread.  The buttons can be removed easily and without any damage to the shoe.
