I finally finished my Alice in Wonderland inspired house for Knickertwist's Wee House Craftalong - I started it in August 2011 and finished it in June 2012.  IT was a blast working on this house!!  I built everything inside of the house using different mediums (jewelry findings, wood, acrylic, polymer clay).

The Party in the Back (Each room has it's own Alice in Wonderland inspired theme)

The Front (I kept it sedate to mask that party in the back Wink)

Close up of the Sign

The Mad Hatter Tea Party Room (This room stumped me for the longest time!)

Topsy Turvey Cake and Falling Cookies

The Mad Hatter Chair (The numbers on the playing card represent the month I finished the house)

The Alice Chair and March Hare Chair

Close up of the Desserts

The Cheshire Cat Transformation Room

My Alice Inspired Bunnies

The "Drink ME" milk bottle and Transformation Rainbow Cake

The "Down the Rabbit Hole" Bakery Cafe Room

The cake boxes on the top corner really open!

Close-up of the Display Case

Sneaky "Eat Me" Cake

The Bakery Wall Art

The Poor Bunnies and Teddy Bears who lost their heads to the Queen of Hearts line the "Queen of Hearts' Dessert Croquet" Room

Close up of the croquet course

The Famous Saying (Do you spy the flamingo croquet racket?)

Thank you for looking through my very long post!!! Comments and critiques are welcomed!

Totally charming -- all the little bits are just too cute. I love your furniture and the all the food?  Just faboo.

And I love all the Alice cleverness of it -- like the chalkboard in the bakery.

Too much fun!

This is very cool, I love all the different rooms. My favorite is the tea party room with the tiny foods!

Thank you for the lovely comments - I had a lot of fun working on it and making mini food in a different scale than I normally do!

This is so cool! I rarely have the patience to work with things on a mini scale...but this is awesome and inspiring. (and anything Alice is always SUPER awesome in my book!)  Smiley
