When summer rolls around, we try to all that we can to keep from turning on the stove or oven. Needless to say our slow cooker and grill get a lot of use.

Here's tonight's dinner, Slow Cooker Potato Soup!  I had pinned this recipe and decided to give it a try.



The southwest style hash browns give the soup just the tiniest amount of heat. It turned out filling and tasty. I think the next time I make it, I'm going to add some grilled chicken. Smiley

Yum! I'm not eating potatoes right now so that sounds extra yummy. Might have to console myself with some broccoli soup.
