Hi Suzanne,

Thanks for sharing you microbeadz expertise with us. I have a question ... is the tape you recommend "clear enough" so that you could put it on an image (like the comic cutout) and be able to see the image well through the tape and the beads?

By the way, craftsters... here's a clickable link to Suzanne's site:

YES!  It is ABSOLUTELY transparent (see through) and in no way effects or distorts the image underneath!  The beads enhance the image in the same way as what you have been doing already - just without the glue mess.

My tape is called O'So Sticky Tape and it currently comes in 4 sizes. (with more on the way).  It is the exact same product as Bead Bond, Wonder Tape and Terrifically Tacky - though I KNOW that you will like my prices best!! ;0)

My favorite way to use the beads is to put an image on the barrel of an ink pen, wrap with the tape around it and roll in the beads!  It makes a nice gift - and is quick and easy to make!  The instuctions are available on my group or on request!

I'm glad to "bead" of help!!

Hugs!
Suzanne

Oh! Excellent! I also just notices that you sell it in "sheets" of tape in case you don't want lay down one piece after another.  How cool! I'm gonna place an order and try it out!

I ordered some sheets of  the "oh so sticky tape" and some more microbeadz from Pennywise Arts and the tape works sooooo much better than glue.

It was effortless to get really good coverage and the beads seem like they are stuck on really well.

I must also add that for $5.00 you get a ton of microbeadz.

I decided to make a bunch of superhero magnets for gifts. So I bought some 1.5" unfinished wood disks from Michaels, painted them red and voila!

Yeah. They worked out great! Suzanne sent a "microbeaded" pen and instructions for how to make it. It's very cool!

Thanks for the wonderful feedback on your order!  I love hearing that stuff!!  One of my biggest pet peeves is the low level or lack of service that seems to be the "norm" in the world these days.  I'm glad that you liked your beaded pen too!  I should warn you though that they are very addicting!!!  ;0)

Thanks again for your support!  It's such a pleasure to service my "crafty" friends!!

Hugs!
