But it's better if you do.

These cuffs appeared in my head yesterday morning, fully fleshed and beautiful. Luckily, I'm a supply hoarder so I had everything I needed to make them happen! I used a high quality, plush purple cotton velvet, delicate gold filigree beads, vintage lace and crocheted lace that I tea dyed (which smelled soooo good), and some interfacing in the middle to give it some more support. They took roughly a couple hours to complete (mostly because this was my first try at making cuffs. I'm sure next time the process will go more swiftly. Let me know what you think! Smiley

I love personal swaps! I always need fabric, findings/notions, and cute handmade things!

If you hadn't said, I would not have guessed this was your first time making cuffs.  The tea-dyed lace is really lovely.

These are so pretty.  What a great way to use vintage fabrics and lace.
