That's a cool pattern, thanks for sharing it! I chose this because it's called Autism *Spectrum* Disorder, I hope it's not to obscure now that I think about it, I already have 2 more tops sewn together...

i got why you chose that pattern, so i don't think it's too obscure.  there is actually an autism puzzle fabric available online too.

i have two kids on the spectrum as well(and two other young children) and i am greatful that living in Canada means I don't pay out of pocket for treatment, but it also means less services and long wait lists, and sometimes being told flat out that there is not enough funding available to help anyone else.  I envy your ability to be so cheerful and positive about it.  i struggle everyday and feel like i am barely able to keep my head above the water.  I hope you raise alot of money with it for your little guy!

Oh I struggle too. It's been hard but I can't *not* do anything if that makes any sense at all? I have other things I'm sewing too that cost less, some key fobs with puzzle piece fabric and charms and zipper bags with that bright puzzle piece fabric as the liner and a silver puzzle pin on the outside. We have good insurance but we still owe 15-20% of total costs and the service dog is going to be a whopper of an expense. Its even just little things like my oldest has visual sensitivity and we go through sunglasses like crazy.

If you ever want to talk feel free to message me. Sometimes I feel very alone in what I feel is a constant battle.
