WOW that hoop! that's some amazing skill and detail.

So here are the amazing goodies I received from Adrienne_Bowers. I received them about a week ago, slow at getting camera space so there are only a few wide shots of all the gifts (so many to photograph). Here they are Smiley

Everything laid out for pictures. There's a beaded purse, a dear pincushion, a gnome, paper lamp, a vintage dress pattern, a cat calendar, a kitschmas book, marie antoinette picture, two bracelets, some bakeware, a whimsie jar, and a very pretty pillow case..there's more little goodies but i can't see them all in the picture.

Many of the things were in the whimsie jar or the surprise ball which i got too excited and forgot to take a picture of Sad. anyway this was the aftermath of my first surprise ball encounter... needless to say, my hands were a little wrapped up after

and some close ups:

Here are my favorites from my awesome swap partner

and check out my new and old beaded clutches Smiley i love them both so much (the old on the left and my new one on the right)

Fancybutch spoiled me 40's war effort style!

I asked for the War at Home style things and my neighbor to the north provided!

She sent me: a Make do and Mend cross stitch picture, Civilian corps napkins, a ration book from Toronto from the period (my secret lust item!), and a really cool decoupaged tray with home canning/preserving propaganda! Everything is so nice and neatly done! Wowza!

Thanks so much fancy butch!  Grin

Here is my lovely 20s-themed package from luvebuggy99!

I LOVE the hat and necklace--so perfect for me! The flapper girlies are so adorable, and the stamp fits the theme perfectly, what a cool find. The two pictures are just STUNNING! LOVE the colors and my favorite details are the necklace and the pretty black hair on the blue/green one. Love love love!

I also got the MOTHERLODE of all kinds of delicious candy! Heather sent me a bunch of candy that was created in the 1920s--things like Twizzler, Milky Way, Reeses, Butterfinger, Bit O Honey, Raisinets, Milk Duds, etc etc and put the year it was first sold and some fun trivia on each one. I'm afraid I couldn't find most of them for the photo session though...Wink

Thanks so much and I hope you like your stuff just as much! What a great swap Smiley

nice packages, love those white beaded purses, and the flapper style, including those adorable peg flappers Smiley

Hawkeyes girl so glad you liked yours!  I learned lots making everything.  The Victory garden symbol of the V with the hoe on top of it was graphically my favourite.

Can't wait to get my package Smiley

I'm so glad it got there, mousee!  The hat looks GREAT on you!  I was a little worried, because I made it a little smaller so it wouldn't be so "stocking cap" like.

I'm super impressed with everything!  That hoop!  The awesome canning tray!  So many awesome vintage finds!  Such talent in this gallery.  Smiley
