So I was already working on a wedding present for one of my friends (posted http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=409992.0) But I wanted to make her something for her bridal shower. I decided this about a week before the shower... I found the idea on here, forgive me for not being able to remember from whom. I found the pattern online, traced it on some fabric and went to work...

The tree outline is done in stem stitch.

The outline of the heart is done in split stitch which looks like little hearts, their intials are done in back stitch, as is the & symbol. I did my first french knots on this piece! So easyy!

I went to Hobby Lobby and bought a really pretty frame and put it in that and tada donee!

She loved it! And everyone at the shower wanted to know how I did it. I really enjoyed making it as well!  Grin
