A few days ago I did this recon from a tablecloth I got for free out of somebody's yard (they had a sign saying "take anything--it's free" over a pile of stuff, so I didn't steal haha). It was pretty easy to make--I just cut out two breast peices and folded them so they'd be the right shape. Then I cut out a skirt with about a foot and a half of extra fabric and sewed it to the breast peices. Then I took three strips of fabric and braided them together for straps and sewed them in. It's a little tough to get on so I'm going to be adding a zipper (I made it big enough to do so). Over all, I used about half of the tablecloth and it was a pretty easy project.
