I made two 1lb loafs. I tried to make the top look sort of frothy.

The bottom section is scented with a summer berry fragrance oil and smells gorgeous.

I chopped the two loaves into 16 slices.

Here is one up close, I think the soap did Gel a little but I'm pleased with the result for a first try.

i just have to leave them now to make sure all the lye evaporates out. It was made with vegetable, palm and coconut oil so should be pretty moisturising.  I think I'll call it 'Berry moisturising' lol.

What do you think? Any soapers out there got any advice or comments to help?

Thanks
Nicola

oh those look awesome! I love!! the white/lila combination, so pretty. Can't believe it's first try.

I made my first batch last night, it looks like yellow poo   Grin My son is allergic to coconut so I made mine with just oilive oil and a bit of castor oil for more bubbles. Just that, mild and fragrance free. Hence the poo look  Cheesy

So I've used a bar of this now and its good! I'd like the smell a bit stronger, but the bubbles are really creamy! And my skins seems to like it. Success Smiley

Going to try another batch soon!
