People have been asking about how to make the gum-chain wrappers and starburst bracelets so here we go:
You need the foil or the outer wrappers of each individual piece of gum. I used the foil. Wrigleys got cheap and just made the outer wrapper white Sad
MAKE 2 PLUS!
note: this is the beginning of mine so sorry it's not bigger Cheesy

Here we go: (sorry about the crap quality pics, i wasn't using flash)

open the gum wrapper and chew happily Cheesy

un fold wrapper

fold little bit in to fold (if doing starburs or outerwrapper) SKIP THIS STEP!

fold together

fold together again

fold halfways  and unfold

fold both sides to crease

finished prong Cheesy
To attach:

open up one side of prongs (so there's a little space)

push sides of prong into other one

FINISHED! repeat as much times as you can ( or as much gum as you can handle!)

now enjoy your newly created belt/bracelet whatever with your teddy bear Cheesy

if you have any questions or whatever just comment and ask!
or this tutorial might help you aswell:
