I'm not normally a quilter, but I've been wanting to branch out some of try sewing a really wild unusual quilt. I didn't have any boundaries and had trouble filtering through all the different ideas I had, so I think I'll use this challenge to do that! Charms, you say. I have some sketching to do, I think... figure out what I want to do. Yeah, I'm totally in =D.

Getting my idea from my head to fabric is presenting a challenge!  With a little tweeking here and there I'm slowly getting it but I have to take a week and a half break as we leave soon for my oldest son's wedding on the other side of Canada (thankfully though they will be living here.)  One excited and a little bit nervous Mom here  Grin

So, I'm still stuck on MAQ's right now! I am thinking that my idea might be the perfect size for that! Only instead of a smaller, maybe making it a little bit bigger.....  Grin

I have my idea and I've started purchasing fabric in 6" cuts so I can easily cut out charms! I've got 6 sets so far! Drawing out and trying to figure it all out for sure!

So so excited!

Before we left for my son's wedding clear across the country, I had 90% of my project front finished.  Once I'm home I will finish that and work on the quilting.
