Mermaid Carved Stamp

I'm new at learning stamp carving.  Been doing it maybe two weeks, and feel more comfortable doing simple things so thought I'd try a challenge.  Lots of details in this one, but I absolutely love how it turned out!  I was worried beyond measure at getting the face right in such small carves, but it looks good enough for me!  This took me around three hours and my neck was killing me leaning over it for that long.  Guess I need to work on my posture while I craft.  Anyway, onto the beauty!

Gorgeous!  The detail work is amazing!  I especially love the scales---how they are inconsistent sizes that create a wonderful sense of realism.  All of your lines work beautifully together, and the image is crisp and clear.  Great job!
