My favorite way to do this is with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and sea salt! 

I'm trying this as soon as I get home from work!

This deserves lots of love! I've shared this with everyone I know that cooks and have had NO negative reactions. My parents and aunt LOVED this healthy snack! I share it in the natural foods aisle while shopping when someone asks a sales associate if they have pre-packaged kale chips. More baked kale chips! Great salty snack, OMG.
