Hey there!

Just looking for suggestions on good blogs to follow if I'm looking for pretty pictures and some off-beat projects.

Who do you follow?

Thanks =D

These are my favourites, but I'd love to hear about what other people are reading

Yarn Harlot. Naturally. She's also been blogging since 2004 (or there abouts) so she has a nice archive to work through.

As far as 'knitting personalities' go I also really like Franklin Habit (Panopticon). He has a very dry wit and is known for writing beautiful lace patterns and also rewriting historical patterns (I think for knitty.com)

and Brenda Dane (she has a podcast & blog called Cast On, although her posts can be a bit inconsistent).

All three bloggers I've mentioned are AMAZING knitters in addition to being wonderful writers (and in Franklin's case, he's also an illustrator).

And then of course there's Cat Bordhi who is especially well-known for her innovative knitting tricks and videos. She also makes patterns and blogs.

Finally, there's also www.knitty.com- an online knitting magazine (that you've probably already heard about).

I adore the Panopticon... So many of his posts make me burst out laughing! Not safe for work indeed lol.

Yarnharlot is pretty great, and I love Cat Bordhi's stuff. There's another one dancing around in my brain, as soon as I remember it I'll post it.
