this is my first completed project post of any kind, so i hope this works...
my roommate really digs red robot, so i took the design form his hoodie (http://www.explodingdog.com/shirtorder/rrobot_images/rrobot_black150.gif), basicly to scale, to make his birthday cake.

now thats one cool robot. lol reminds me of a post on the recon clothes board, someone made a shirt that said "robots know all the right things to say, but they're bad kissers". too funny

i tried to just make red frosting, but all i got was darkening shades of pink.  to avoid having frosting that tasted of coloring, i used the spary color stuff for cakes, made by one of the cheaper baking brands, available at most grocery stores..  REALLY easy, major short cut, as i didnt think even wilton type colorings could have given me such a vibrant shade.

This makes me what to have an exploding dog themed party. Or a robot bash. Maybe both. Anyway, that cake is AMAZING!
