Pimento Cheese

I only recently heard of pimento cheese dip thanks to a recent issue of Esquire magazine, and can't wait to try it.  Thanks for sharing your recipe.

Just pinned this to my 'yummy' board.  I never thought of making it myself, but I'm excited to try.  It sounds like it'll have a bit more kick than the kind you get at the store, which is very welcome to me!  Yum, thanks for sharing your recipe.

I'm from California and my husband is from Georgia. Pimento cheese is probably one of the few things from the south that I don't like, but I'll see about passing this on to my sister in law.

It is the best ever!  In fact, I picked up a jar of pimentos so that I can try whipping up a batch

I have made this recipe twice now!  It is so easy!

We were invited to an impromptu get together with friends tonight...what to make, what to make...pimento cheese!  I used some extra hot peppers that MissingWillow had given to me...whoa! It should go great with the Puerto Rican dinner that my friend is preparing!

Nothing fancy, but always delicious!  Thanks for the recipe!
