My DD (10) is very hard to fit.  She is about a 20 waist, 18 hips and 8 neck to waist and inseam.  I can't find pants or shorts that fit her.  I am self taught and really need help with altering a pattern.  I don't want her stuck in jogging pants and t-shirts, especially as she goes into the teen years.  Do you have any book or website recommendations for learning to alter a pattern?  TIA
