Lol having the same issues with this pattern at the moment .
You cant just upgrade this pattern , will ruin the fit .
Ok this is what i did :
Take the front piece pattern
First you need to get the length of the top part right : Hold the pattern against yourself and see how much you need to add so it ends at the bottom parts of your boobs .
As soon as you know that trace your pattern on a piece of paper and add the amount you need to the bottom part .
If you have done that you have the borders , nothing needs too be added there anymore.
Mine has to be 5 cm longer, so that also means that i have the pleats 5 cm longer .
You need too add the extra length of you piece to your pleats .
Dont forget to mark that
Now adjust the width of the piece:
Once again hold the original front piece in front off you :
Hold it as if it would fit . You now can see how much you need to add so that the coupe line ( sorry dont know how to translate that one) is in it's right place .
Add that too the traced pattern piece.
do follow the line of the " coupe"
See how much you need to add to the width of the strap part and also add that on the traced piece .
Your front piece should now fit you perfect .
Ok now the Cup pieces:
First trace it on a piece off paper .
Add the same amount of cm to the bottom off this piece as you did on the front piece.
Hold it once again in front off you and see how much you need to the side
Add that to the traced piece
Hold it against yourself again and see if you aren't; showing to much on the armhole.
You might need to add some thing there too , so it ain't to low .
Backpart , again trace it and add the same amount off cm to the bottom edge as on the first 2 pieces.
Than hold it and see how much you need to add to the side .
You now should have a top part that fits
The way you describe it you should have enough fabric to fix it .
Sorry if my English doesn't make sense right away
