JUNE: Yoyo-along

I'm finally up and about. Naturally, nothing gets done when I am sick. Lol. Husbands and kids, gotta love them. Lol I will be able to start working on my table cloth project after seeing the bat mobile today, and finishing up my lawn, and mowing my dads little box of a back yard.

I know I'm behind, but I think I can catch up in time.

Katara, that's a lot of Yo-yos!

Found my camera! After accusing the neighbor girl and asking her Nana to buy me a new one and then going out and spending $190 myself on a new one, it turned up in the Bermuda Triangle that I call my purse. Thank you Target for letting me return it! So here's my pillow:

I don't have enough stuffing for it so I haven't attached the last yoyo as you can see in the middle there. And when I was putting this back in my WIP basket my hook fell out and behind my dresser. Bah!

I really like the pillow, though. !!!

Oh, and there's 37/side so a total of 74 yoyos, all in like 3 days. Woah! It was nice. I highly enjoyed this project. Thanks for putting this CAL on. It helped me use a bunch of leftover balls. Hehe, I said balls...

With how many Yo Yo's you have been creating, you're working your way to a afghan.

My husband saw the yoyos and asked if I could make him a beanie, just to wear inside our house. It's winter here and his hair is extremely short, so I obliged. This is what it looks like:



Think I'm going to make myself one too, but I'll be following a slightly different approach

I'm thinking of making a handbag with the remainder of the yoyos.

These hats are adorable! I think I'm going to make one, after I get this tablecloth idea done. I'm so behind, life sorta got in my way. Will catch up this week before my son gets home for a 10 leave.

Radmom - The hats have been quite frustrating! I've just been winging them. Am trying to work on a pattern. Am looking forward to seeing your tablecloth though!
