Hello, I love doing freeform beading, and this latest one was custom made for someone.

I am currently making a bracelet to match.

Thank you for your comments.  This is freeform beading, mostly peyote, ladder stitch and perhaps a few other stitches thrown in for good measure.  The strap is cellini or circular peyote.

I work it in my hand using fireline and a beading needle.  I gathered some of my bead stash and made some "bead soups" of like minded colored beads.  Here is a visual:

Here is a another visual of a freeform bracelet:

If you are curious about how to do your own freeform beading, here is a free tutorial link:  http://featheredfibers.wordpress.com/2008/04/15/freeform-beading-tutorial/
  Have fun!   Carla

I love the colors and free-form look.  I had never heard of free form beading before, but it looks stunning.

Jewel toned. Ombre. Bead soup. Yes please!

Love the freeform technique and those colours are amazing together. Reminds me of a peacock!
