I received from texscrapper yesterday!  She claimed me twice, one for bobby pins and another for a mermaid tail for my niece's dress up box.  So here they are!

Here are the pretty bobby pins!  Aren't they lovely?  I'm wearing the ones in the middle today!

And the mermaid tail!  My niece is gonna love this!  Now I just need to make her a felt seashell bra to go with it!  lol!

Thanks so much, tex!  <3

Yay!  I'm glad you like 'em Averia!  I had fun making them!  Stenciled shirts has to be one of my most favorite crafts to do.  Looks like the firefly shirt fits you!  Yay!  I made a firefly shirt for my husband, so you two can be twinsies!  hehe!  I already have requests from his older brother and cousin for firefly shirts!

And per your request:

Thank you for posting better pics Jillybeans! Yep it fits me well. The detail on the Serenity is perfect. How did you do it? is a screen print? If so, I would imagine there are a lot of folks here who would love a reprint!

Man, I wish!  I did a freezer paper stencil for each.  Time consuming but rewarding.  ^_^  There is some progress shots posted here if anyone is interested:  http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=411190.msg4856262#msg4856262

Your stencilling skills are amazing jilly!!  I've tried but wow, my back aches at the end and I need much much more practice with my cutting.  Its hard to cut with an exacto.

Thanks!  ^_^  You should try using a swivel exacto.  They go around curves so much nicer than a regular exacto knife without having to lift up your knife and move the paper around.  This is the one I use.  Its nice and you can new blade refills for it.  Plus the blade isn't huge like the exacto.  I've never had issues with cutting myself and I'm normally a person who gets quite a few injuries along the crafting journey.  ^_^

it is fantastic! I'm totally in love. Did you just use regular old fabric paint?

Thanks Breegy!  Yes indeedy!  I use the tullip softe matte fabric paint and apply it with either a cosmetic triangle sponge (good for small areas of paint) or a sea sponge (good for larger areas).
