I was part of the sewing Accessories swap and this is one of the things I made for Missing Willow. (I made something similar for sweetyetevil a couple of years ago!)
  I used Sculpey to form the skull over a styrofoam skull.  I then hollowed it out, baked it and painted with acrylics.  The actual pin cushion was glued into the hole afterwards.


And the back, with a skeleton goat - because MW lives on a farm with goats.  Smiley

Great decoration on the skull. I love how you stuck the pincushion into the clay skull like that, I've never seen that technique before for a pinchushion.
