 Smiley Hi !
This is the first corset I made. The corset has plastic boning since metal boning is hard to find where I live. The fabric is called ,,devil's skin" and the lining fabric is 100% green cotton (awesome fabric, it won't make you sweat). I used wood chest fastenings sewed with thin wire (that holds quite well, I don't tight it, I have 58 cm waistline). The edges are from leather that I sewed with hand. For the rest of the corset I used mechanical sewing machine (except for the edges of the cotton. I sewed with hand so it wont get messed up). It's laced in the back and nice to wear. Hope you like it.
- I want to thank Roethke for explaining exactly how to make a corset. The pattern she gave was pure gold and the way she exposed each step in making an underbust corset. She inspired my a lot. Following her pattern, the corset fits perfectly to my size.

I really like your front closures. They look great with your fabric and edge combination.

You did an amazing job--I never would have thought it was someone's first!  I agree that the closures are beautiful, but you also tied everything in very well, too!

Great work! You have done it very well, I liked it. As you said this is your first corset made by you that means you are full of creativity.
