My sister loves Frida Kahlo so I decided to make her a shrine to put on her mantle.

I made a peg Frida with a little painting

A close up of Frida

This is the front of the shrine

This is the back

And this is the inside

The quote reads "pies pa que los quiero si tengo a las para valor."

I dont speak spanish very well so google says it means

"Feet, what do I need you for when I have wings to fly?"

Thanks for looking Smiley

Oh wow, it turned out great!  Your Frida peg person is absolutely adorable!  And the little painting is so cute too.  You picked great images for the shrine as well.

I love your little Frida Kahlo peg doll and her matching little painting and easel.  Such a great shrine.
