My Dilemma

Hello all,
I am trying to be a little bit more organized this years so I have been trying to plan a two week meal plan.
Problem is My husband is full dead on meat eater and my daughter is uber picky eater but also due to a dietary problem I've had since I was in middle school I because a Ovo-lacto Pescetarian(someone who only eats just fish with the acception of milk,cheese and eggs). So my main problem is I need a recipe everybody can eat but thats been a hard one. Pasta has been the #1 meal on most nights with ready made meatballs separted for the sauce. Any Ideas are welcomed.

Hmm...I'm no help with the dietary complications, but if you can find recipes that freeze well, it could help you in not having to cook multiple meals every day.

How about kedgeree? It freezes well too, Erm... I know what you mean, my boyfriend loves all meat, but I only eat chicken and fish really so we can end up doing different meals as well which can be a pain. Although we mostly end up eating chicken which then makes me feel guilty that my boyfriend can't have what he enjoys! Empanadas are nice, shortcrust pastry with a filling, you can choose any filling, we did tuna as a filling. How about a salmon risotto? I'll try and keep an eye out for recipes, can't think of any more at the moment.

Squid! BBQ it, teriyaki it, do whatever! It's got a satisfying meat feel and takes on the flavor of almost anything. They are quick to clean once you know how and pretty cheap, around here about $5.50 lb.

Here's my favorite salmon pasta recipe...

Cook a 4 inch salmon steak in the oven until done.  This takes around 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
Combine 1.5 cups of cream, 4 T. butter, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg, pinch of cayenne in a saucepan and simmer for 15 min.  The sauce will be slightly reduced and thickened.  Whisk in 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and 1/4 cup of minced fresh dill.  Flake salmon into the sauce.  Serve over fresh cooked pasta.
