I was lucky to get a big box of factory denim remnants and unfinished childrens jeans for free. There were a lot of partially

completed denim jeans and jackets. I love to recycle denim so this is what happened:
I combined two old jeans pockets to make one pocket with a flap.

I used Rae's buttercup pattern for this one and inserted a zipper and a strip of frayed denim between the back and front parts.

The embroidery was on a baby's jacket from the factory.

Very nice  Grin. Love how you combined the two pockets into one! Very clever. And I like the raggy edging on the buttercup bag. Good work

These are two really nice denim bags.  Quite different styles from the usual.

These are cute.  The fringe insert on the second one adds a nice touch.
