I finished the main part of WhistleFish's OTHPT!  (YAY!!!)  And I must say it's looking pretty good...you know it's good when your hubby compliments it (well my hubby anyways).  Just a little more on next part, then assembly, then send!  (Then OTHPT #2 for Lilak...have to get one more supply)

Don't rush on my account! Lol.  I've bought the base for my project, but I haven't officially begun yet. I will very, very soon though!!

Now depending on drying time I should be able to post tomorrow or the next day. I admit I have become a bit anxious that tankrgrl likes it  Undecided I haven't really done anything like it before.

So. I'm pretty much caught up on school work and I have no work until Wednesday! Just 2 classes. So bring on the crafting!!!

We had a tornado watch today and it was raining waterfalls, but I still had to go into work (thank goodness I'm only 5 mins away) even though there was no customers. What a waste of time. All 6 hours, all I could think of was, "I knew I should have brought my crafting with me!!".

the parts I have left to finish are going to be hard, esp as the printer isn't currently connected lol

It's been a tad bit painful finishing up the extra crafting but totally worth it! I broke my wrist and am right handed.  Roll Eyes So I have been trying to teach myself to learn to write left handed. It's going pretty well actually.

Poor thing! I hope it will heal okay! I broke a bone in my left hand a couple of years back, which was screwed back together (I've got three screws in my hand, and it was sewn together twice, how crafty is that?!) and just losing my left hand for a while (I'm righthanded) was really hard. Follow the doctor's advice to keep moving your fingers! After six weeks in the cast, I couldn't make a fist anymore. I'd get my hand in about the same kind of position as a Barbie's hand, nothing further. I did regain full functionality in the hand after physical therapy, but prevention pays!

My tiny thing is on it's way to Finland! It's probably still in the store - last pick-up is at fiveish, I dropped it off at sevenish - but on its way nonetheless. Smiley

I've been really frightened about potentially having surgery on my hand(s). My mom had surgery to correct tendons, and my maternal grandmother and aunt have severe rheumatoid arthritis. I am starting to have pains in my joints and muscles in my hands. If I couldn't crochet or make jewelery or do any thing with my hands I would not be a happy girl. How'd you girls do that? Just the thought is very scary. I hope it heals well & fast MadHatteh.

Tracking has Critter10's package out for delivery, hope it got there ok. Super nervous. Embarrassed
