I've been meaning to paint some shoes up like some of the posts on here, but i could never find any shoes i knew i'd actually wear. But then I saw these pumps yesterday in one of those cheap shoe stores for 4 ($7) ... they practically jumped off the shelf and begged me to take them home and paint them....

fantastic - they look so professional. black and white are classic together, and this is a fun way to dress up something basic - good job.

Hehe aww you're all too sweet  Cheesy

In answer to your questions....

fitz28 - I typed in 'zebra' on google and used an image from there as a reference, but i just drew the design on with a pencil, and for the most part, made it up to fit the shape of the shoe

meow! - Pencilled it on, then used a teeny tiny brush to paint it on with black fabric paint

crazy3101, indigo flower girl, + Milly - They were from a shop called 'Priceless Shoes' (sounds classy doesn't it? Tongue)  in a little place called Ely where i live. I'm not sure if they have those stores over in the states though! They did them in a mint green version too i think, so i might go back tomorrow and stock up on them - i can sooo see i'm gunna be wearing them all summer!
