I decided a few months ago that I'd like to try working on a larger scale. I like painting but hate it when I'm finished a piece and stick it on the wall and it looks minuscule. Anywho, I picked up a bunch of largish canvas and have finally completed one!

It's 24" x 36", acrylic.

This robin drove me mental for 3 weeks. He would fly into our windows over and over again. I tried everything to get that poop machine to stop! I even hung balloons on my windows so that it looks like a party every day but the silly thing would fly around and under them to get at his reflection.

That's a beautiful painting. I like the way you captured the "FU" expression in his eyes. He definitely looks like he's up to no good.

What a  beautiful painting! When I saw the thumbnail, I thought it was a picture of a real robin standing in front of a painting. Very nice work. You truly have captured the robin beautifully.
