I need this!! What is your favorite brand of polyclay? My son loves making Harry Potter wands from clay, but the Original Sculpey in white is way soft and always tries to split on him.

I prefer sculpey and premo. There's a good Harry Potter wand tutorial as well from the same series Smiley
If the clay is too soft, flatten it out to about 1/4 inch, then put it between two sheets of paper and then under a huge pile of heavy books overnight. That will extract the extra oil and make it less mushy

Thank you for the great tip! We will try that next time he goes to make a wand! I'll definitely post some of my attempts. Keep your eyes peeled!
