For some reason I find I really like carving ridiculously small stamps. One of the people in the Handcarved Stamp swap posted a link to someone who'd put a set of tiny stamps and a small stamp pad in an Altoids tin. I wish I'd thought of doing that. Or at least of including a pad with the set. Sad Sorry, Witchhippie!

Wulf

No worries, I love what I received!! I like the stamps the way they are. The box looks old. I'm not sure if you did that or it was like that but I like the old antiqueish look. Wink

I just use white erasers from the stationery store and an X-Acto knife. Actually I have a set of lino-cutting gouges, but I've never used them. Lots of people swear by them for stamp-carving, but I'm happy with my low-tech equipment.

sometimes if you look in the cheap stores, I think you guys call it the dollar store, would can find bigger shaped eraser's for kids, perfect for bigger stamps and the smaller ones.....well you get the idea.

Wulf I have a speedball cutter and sometimes it's not so good so I grab a scalpel.

I bought a 5-pack of erasers a few months ago to try carving stamps, and then I never did it and I keep grabbing them to erase with... and they're in various stages of erosion now. lol

Wow lots of gorgeousness, as always!! Loving those Moon inchies!  OMG the leather carved BOS Wulf, amazing.  As usual I'm gobsmacked at the talent here  Cheesy

I used to do Lino cuts for printmaking, and I've still got my tools from two decades ago... but never have I done stamp making.  It's totally inspiring!  I used to use fruit and veg to carve into as well, that was fun, but of course they didn't last long.

Can't wait til we get our respective packages, Tanza!
