Although I've lived here for a few years, the few friends that I do have aren't really into crafting. I need people to do nerdy stuff with Sad haha i also want to learn how to use my sewing machine! i need someone with me teaching me how so i can expand my nerdy craftiness...help a sister out?

Helloooo there
I too am a bit of a nerdy crafter, and not far from you(arl\kenn)! Now i have used a sewing machine, not in while though, but 2heads are better than1...i think. Aside from my lack of sewing i do craft in most any other medium; always open always learning. So....if a craft buddy is what you seek....

I live in Arlington and am looking for some fun people to do nerdy/crafty stuff with. I do sew (and dabble in all kinds of other crafts), but I don't know that I'd be much of a teacher. I'm self-taught and have virtually no experience with other sewing machines but mine, but I wouldn't mind trying to help. Let me know if either of you want to hang out some time or whatever.
