I fell in love with The Walking Dead and decided to make a two-piece plush project; Daryl Dixon shooting a random zombie in the head with an arrow! \o/ It's been sitting in my "to finish" box for awhile but after joining the HP Craft-a-long  (http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=408525.0 >> check it out, it's siriusly awesome  Cheesy), I was inspired to finally finish him.

I am still working on Daryl, but I have just finished his little Zombie victim of the week! I fashioned him after the unfortunate fellow who was ripped in half when he was being pulled from the well.



He's made with my newest pattern -- well, the top half anyway! His eyes and teeth are painted with glow-in-the-dark paint for an extra dab of creepiness. It was the first time I've ever made an actual mouth for a plush, rather than painting it on. Each tooth is individually cut out, decayed with paint, and glued in.



His fingers are can be posed (the ones he has left, that is!)



The other wounds are made from fabri-tac dipped in red paint - it gives a lovely gooey, wet look.





His uh, entrails are made from polyfill, red roving fibres and some paint.



Hopefully soon I'll finish Daryl so he can play with the little dude and probably cut his ear off to add to his necklace. Wink
