2 new shirts for a month of handmade only clothing!

So this month for many sewers is 'Me Made May' and my pledge is to wear one handmade thing a day for the whole month. (I'm currently breaking the rule by staying in my pajamas but I'll change before I go out ;P). Without a lot of repeats, I've been trying to sew up some new stuff, and I wanted to share two shirts with you that I'm really proud of.

The first sweater is made out of this amazingly soft fabric. Its the first time I've bought fabric with such a fabric that needs to be matched up, and I think it looks great! Only problem is the weather here is skyrocketing and the day I wanted to wear that was sweltering. Booooo!





The other is a shirt out of fabric I've had for about 6 years, and when I originally bought it, I had meters of it. Problem was I kept cutting it to make something, not liking it, and leaving it. This shirt was completely made of pieces cut from other pieces, haha! I'm happy to finally have something made out of this fabric.
