Fairly a Newbie - Can't figure out "mark as read" information

 :)Hi. I'm fairly new here at Craftster and thank you for hosting this great site.

I read the instructions about this subject and have searched and more, but haven't seen any cork icons to indicate "read" or not "read." Tried clicking both choices, but nothing changes.

PLEASE help me! I thought I was smarter than this.

Hey zoogirl!

The Help Documentation is unfortunately way out of date.    Here's the set-up we have now, instead of the cork guys:

Discussion and Question boards with new posts/threads	Completed Project boards with new posts/threads
Discussion and Question boards with no new posts/threads	Completed Project boards with no new posts/threads

As far as threads go, if you see this then there are at least some posts in the thread that you haven't read. If you click on that it will take you to the point where the new posts are (so you don't have to slog through what you've already seen).

If you want to mark an entire board read, it's up at the top right of the list of threads. I'm not sure you can still mark the entire forum read. I'll double check with sweets4ever.
