I am doing a tea towel swap with several friends and stitched this up for a friend who loves baking and sprinkles. She is tinted with crayons. There were several times that I got mad at the stitches I took them out twice.

Wow! I love, love, love this! I am so jealous, I would love to receive this. But alas, I do not embroider - yet. Great job!

There's not much in this world that can't be improved by either chocolate, bacon or glitter.

Well, you sure showed the stitches what's what, because the stitches on this are flawless.

That is some gorgeous work!  This might be a goofy question, but...will the crayon tinting stay put through repeated washings?  I've done it before, but only on decorative (as opposed to practical) pieces.

It will-Usually I will do a light ironing to "set" the color and then after that it will be fine. The tinting is so light that it won't get waxy but will set in more.
