Taco Cups

We were having tacos and I have seen these taco cups online a couple of places so i thought why not give it a try.  I just made the ground beef like normal, but while that was cooking i put the taco shells into muffin pans to shape them into bowls.  


then i filled these little bowls with the ground beef and some cheese and cooked them for about 5 min at 325 degrees, just to crisp up the soft shells.  and Would have been great if i didnt drop almost the entire pan on the floor.  I managed to get 2 but of course i made the hubbys first so he got these nice pretty ones lol
