My boyfriend’s niece turned six last Friday and I had to make the cake WITH her! It was scary, so I asked you guys for help: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=407131.0. After much thought I decided to make most of the base from home and then have her decorate it however she wanted. I was scared to death! Her mum decided I could just do the cake with her daughter (PHEEW!!) and the girl had no desire to sculpt horses Cheesy! I made her one, and she cut out shapes OH HAPPY DAY Cheesy
Here is the result:

After we left ( I hope it was a great party – look at the Barbie house!!!)

She insisted on a Christmas tree… a girly, blue and pink Christmas tree Tongue (its may)

Some of the flowers and the sprinkles are store bought, but I made some and the girl made some.
Here is some in-process pics
Before assembling (at my place)

The horse (Unicorn!)

What I brought to the party

its sponge cake and chocolate ganache.

Thanks for looking : )
