believe it or not the flower print is 2$ walmart fabric, i used less then a yard, and the lining is 1$ walmart fabric, what can i say I'm a college kid = poor.  I did the piping myself, i have no idea the 'proper' way to do it so the pieces i wanted to look 'piped' i guess is the proper word? i lined first then top stitched them on a little crooked so the white was showing through, if that makes any sense at all...hope that helps! xox.
