I got the broth tasting just like wonton soup, but didn't have any wrappers in the house, so it's wontonless! lol
today I made:

I loosely based this off an
online recipe just using what I had
Bring to boil:10 cups chicken or veggie broth
1 1/2 tsp rice wine vinegar
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1/2 TBsp minced garlic
Add most of a chopped medium spring onion
Add snap peas to taste
Let boil another 5ish minutes
Rip up and add spinach to taste and toss in, stir and take off burner. Let rest for 2 minutes, then serve!

We have a local farm you can buy a harvest box from on fridays, I think it is their overstock of vegetables, but they are beautiful and delish and organic! The ladies up here take turns driving to the farm and then delivering fresh veggies to your door, got my first box yesterday, that is where I got the fresh veggies from! :
