Hello,
My husband loves those hamburgers that have a fried egg on top of them and I saw a picture tutorial on Pinterest about a hamubrger with an egg in the middle! so I decided I would try and make it for him.

I just made a regular hamburger patty, took the middle out so it looked like a meat doughnut...lol.  and then cooked it till it was almost done in the skillet, once it was almost done I cracked an egg into the middle of the patty.  then just let it cook, flip, let it finish cooking.  I then added a slice of cheese, and served it to my husband on toasted wheat bread.  My hubby has been saying it is his new favorite food and wants me to make it again.  I think I have created a monster.  There are more pics on my blog.

That looks really tasty, but isn't it super messy when you get to the yolk in the middle?

it does get messy but he likes that.  i would probably prefer the yolk cooked almost completly so it wasnt runny.
