Those crochet bands are super-cool! I've never seen that before. I love the last 2 clips, the gold flowers, the red one, the plaid ones, oh, and those little mauve-y clips. I think that's just about everything  Smiley Great package, Kookaloo_Starr!

Thank you so much. I did all of them on my embroidery machine with Organza and believe it or not, I tried to sell the hats at a craft sale and didn't sell any. The roses are new, so I haven't tried those. They are a lot of fun to make though. I added the jewel because I thought your daughter might want to wear it.
I don't have a better picture of your hat, but I have one of my daughters in white. It's on a headband, which actually falls down all the time because the hat is a bit heavy. It's also a little droopy from wear. If yours gets like this, just put a little water on it and reshape it while it dries. I usually just tie it with string.

I can hardly believe these didn't sell. I know loads of ladies who would be fighting over them! (myself included  Grin)
A friend made me some machine embroidery lace  xmas tree decs & I thought they were wonderful, it never crossed my mind that you could make something like these hats using the same technique  Grin Grin Grin
Wig clips might hold better than the headbands http://www.buyhair.co.uk/jon-renau-small-toupee-clips-accessories-collection-p-5986.html

Thank you all for the compliments on what I made for Emily and thank you Spectrumsparksie for posting pics of her wearing the headbands  Grin I love making those chiffon roses and seldom have a reason to  Cheesy
