And I received!!

Sparkledust has done a wonderful job, and I love EVERYTHING!!

BEWARE - PICTURE OBESE

The unopened parcel:

Two wonderful monster bags for the boys. Just love the fabrics used - love that they are the same pattern in different colour ways.

Even DH was impressed with the bags - especially when I showed him the extra special additions:

How wonderful are those?? Just fabulous!

Lastly a little something for me:

Sparkledust was worried about the fabric on this one - but used it because the of the quality of the fabric (light weight canvas). I don't know why she was worried - yes, there is nothing like it on my pinterest, but then I wasn't pinning for this kind of thing! - and I LOVE it!

the inside

opened out

It's even got a pocket!!

I love it, love it, love it!!!

THANK YOU SO much Rhiannan Smiley All I need now its to find my knitting needles, so they can move into their new home!

oh - I almost forgot, there was also this:

I'm so glad you loved it all, I've never crafted for boys before so it was an utterly new challenge. Was going to say if the straps are a bit long for them you can undo the inside, pull however much you want to take off through and then re-sew and it should fit better then. I thought it was best to give more than less!

Very surprised at Royal mail, that arrived super quickly!

Thanks you for such a fun swap so far, hopefully you're not too busy with the house you could run a round 2?  Grin

PPS - You should be able to spot the knitting needle roll around and about the place! I hope there is enough room you see I only have 4 needles so I wasn't sure how big a collection can get!?

the straps are fine - I'll stick a knot in if need be, then they can be let out again when they grow - which with the way Miles is eating at the moment will be soon! And yes - I think the Royal Mail deserves a star for this one, for a change.

round 2??? I might be persuaded, after a short break! (don't forget that theres another 2 weeks on crafting on this one!!)

I love the needle roll - and believe me, if you get into knitting you will soon have more than 4 needles! I think I have about 3 pairs of 4mm needles to start with. I use them most often, and usually have more than one thing on the go, hence more than one pair.
I'm still hoping to find the things I started for you, but just in case I started again tonight, so you may end up with lots Cool

I love the flower pattern on the knitting roll - so cute.  And those bags are adorable. Great crafting!

Rescued my swap package from the sorting office this morning, and I am very happy! We both love embroidery hoops so this is pretty much a hoopla swap  Grin

This is an almost exact copy of something I have in my Etsy faves (apologies for having so many faves oceansoul!):

'Button moon' Cheesy

This is to commemorate the fact that I'll be an Olympics GamesMaker in London this summer Cheesy :

Look at the lovely stitching Smiley

And I love birds so this is great - can't quite work out if it's also in my Etsy faves somewhere or not...?

I love the ribbon wrapping and beautifully tidied backs of the hoops - plus she added a little commemorative tag to each hoop Smiley

I'm going to have to up my game a bit in order to do justice to the return package for oceansoul! Thank you!  Cheesy

Fantastic package!

Have to admit to not being a fan of hoops, but sure can appreciate the work that went into those!

I love the mountains and the button moon (isn't it funny - if it was a quilt I'd be coming to bekibuttons house to swipe it!!), and the embroidery on the Olympic rings is great, and what a lovely reminder/keepsake of this summer.

Well done on your first swap Oceansoul!
