Prepare to be jealous!  I received from the fabulous Sheepblue, and I think it's fate, because this piece is me.  I love love love love it.  It's quilted(? - sort of.. stitched anyway) onto a card with some batting between, so I don't think you can tell, but there is a bit of dimension to it.

Yay I'm so glad you like it! I screen printed the image and then colored it in with sharpies and watercolors. And some machine stitching for fun. It was hard to give away!

Isn't it so cool? It's kinda 3D, I'm not sure if it's made from polymer but its shiny, with pearlescent-ish paint and the cutest cottage showing a kitten through the round window. I love it! Thank you so much, Sylwa!

I received from Fancybutch!  I love this pansy needle felt, it's beautiful with the different shades of purple.  Everyone's pieces are amazing!  I love watching to see what everyone receives.

Oh I am so glad you like it Plumcrafty! It is made out of polymer clay. I had only a little bit of black fimo left so I rolled it our really thin and put it on top of this cheap polymer I bought at walmart and then took the other end of paint brush and just "drew" my picture into it, baked it then painted with acrylics and sprayed with matte acrylic sealer.

Here is a close up that kinda shows the texture a little better. I really love how it turned out and it inspired me to make more pieces like that in the future.

Actually... I'd have been delighted to have received *any* of the art swapped in this swap. Is it the small format? The *mystery* partner, the quick time? a combination of all of them?
I dunno... just blown away by the amazing art and creativity represented by everyone!
Hope I can get in the next round but I'll be traveling so I may have to miss 3 and hope for a 4!
