05/07/12 - Buddies get revamped & expanded! You can now follow your fav crafters

We've taken the Buddies feature offline while it gets some maintenance and tweaking tonight.  We hope for it to be reactivated sometime tomorrow.

Buddies should be back up! Let us know if you have any problems with it.

Cool, will have to think about adding buddies, haven't ever done that before.
Do the people you add get a notification that they've been added or do they get a list of everyone who's buddied them even if they haven't buddied them back or is it anonymous? Thanks!

Erm, how do I change the settings so I don't also get an email notifying me of this (someone has made me a buddy)? I don't get any other emails from Craftster and I prefer it that way since I check this site regularly, a PM from the craftsterbot here is enough...

I wrote a little about it here but let me know if that doesn't make sense!

You'll also get the same thing as an email if you have this option checked off in the Notifications and Email portion of your profile. (It should be the first option listed)
