I really love vintage cars and bikes, actually I like anything vintage Wink I think my love really started when I moved some years ago to south of England and then I was introduced to the world of Goodwood Revival.
Goodwood Revival is an event that takes place every year and celebrates the world of motor sport of years past. The cars there are amazing and what I truly like is the fact that many people come dressed in character in their lovely classic cars making it into an amazing atmosphere.

If you have a chance, do take part!

So inspired by all the loveliness of the classic motorbikes, Marlon, the Rumble Dog was born! Ready to roll? Wink

Given a cape, tiara and a strong cup of coffee, yeah, I could rule the world.

Awesome, this rocks! I know it's cheeky to ask how you did it but if you have a moment to enlighten us, it'd be much appreciated. Really really like this!

First of all, thank you! Smiley

Now for a tutorial or pattern, I'm trying to make a living out of it so... hope you understand.
What I can do is explain my designing / writing a pattern process. Would that help? So maybe you can try and figure some similar or better your own design?

To begin with I look for as many pictures of my subject on the net. Trying to get all angles.
Then I sketch a bit, to figure the shapes, proportions, colours and how to get parts together.

In the case of the motorbike, I started with the fuel tank. That gives you then an idea how big other parts should be.
Then I made the tyres, seat, handles, engine. It's a lot of trial and error.

Hope it's some help...

Sure that's understandable. Thanks for being open about it.
Will try to follow the method you described. And good luck with the entrepeneurship. If all your work is as lovely, you'll do well.
