Project Name: Patchwork pillow
Brief Description: A few months ago I bought unfinished quilt top pieces from a Muggle store called eBay.  You can buy anything Muggle there!  It is truly fascinating!  Anyway, I took my favorite piece and made a pillowcase today.  It was just enough fabric.    I think Mrs. Weasley would like such a pillow in her home.  I also did another, less exciting transfiguration project today.  I cut and hemmed five pairs of my son's jeans into shorts today.  I wish I knew  mending spell because almost all of them had holes in the knees!

I just made this. I found a two minute t-shirt bag online and thought what a wonderful way to use a t-shirt that the muggle school I had gone to for a muggle study gave me. Now I have a nice place to carry my books.

I love that patchwork pillow! You might just inspire me to make one of my own. I think my home could use a bit more "Burrow"ness.

Thank you so much for thinking of me. The postcard you sent of your lovely bracelet is indeed inspiring-I am envious of your holiday by the sea, I have yet to be fortunate to pay a visit to shell cottage. 

Your use of the bubble-head charm was inspired , you found the most exquisite pearls and those bewitched droplet of water glisten just like diamonds, the silver charms and mementos compliment the pearls and water droplets perfectly- How fortunate to have such a lovely keepsake - I truly wish I was there with you by the sea.

  We'll have to get together for cuppa when you return from holiday to catch up. I look forward to hearing  about your adventures.

So what helps you remember?  A pensieve, of course! 





Mini notebook (13cm x 9cm) made from cereal box cardboard, printer paper and staples.  A handy artifact in which to place all those important details that must not be forgotten.  If Harry had one of these, imagine what'd be in it - find horcruxes, destroy Voldemort, get haircut...
